adds glass edge as an input to function (and some documentation linting)

@shirubana - this isn't doing what the docstring says that it's supposed to do - if you do makemodule(glass=True, z=0.005) then instead of it making a 0.005 glass and 0.001 absorber, it's making a 0.005 absorber and the default 0.01 glass. |
